On Thursday, Qatar’s Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, HE Ibrahim bin Ali bin Issa Al Hassan Al Mohannadi, conducted separate meetings with key diplomatic figures from the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
