During an official visit to Qatar, South Sudan’s Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs, Tut Gatluak, engaged in significant discussions with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
