The ministry expressed concern that the continuation of these aggressive acts signifies a perilous escalation, potentially complicating efforts to de-escalate regional tensions. This, they warn, could undermine diplomatic initiatives aimed at restoring peace and stability in the region.
Holding Iran accountable, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs attributed responsibility to Tehran for both the attacks and their repercussions. The ministry reaffirmed Qatar’s complete solidarity with Jordan, supporting the measures taken by Amman to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.
In a call for regional peace, Qatar urged an immediate and comprehensive cessation of military operations that threaten stability.
